Variable Pricing
Broadmoor Links utilizes variable pricing for all tee times.
What is Variable Pricing?
By definition, variable means, “able to be changed or adapted.” At Broadmoor Links we view variable as the new standard. Our golf rates are adjusted in real-time, based on several factors, which include, availability, demand and even weather. While this pricing strategy may be new to golf, many other industries such as airlines, hotels, and event tickets have been using this pricing strategy for years. Our Variable Pricing structure now allows you, the golfer, to find the rate you want. The chart to the right shows a list of STARTING RATES when the 14 day booking window opens. Members can book 21 days ahead.
Reservation Policy
- Public tee time reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. Member tee time reservations can be made up to 21 days in advance.
- Tee Times must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Golf Shop must be notified of Tee Time cancellation or reduction in the number of players at least 24 hours in advance of the Tee Time to avoid being charged.
- Appropriate Golf Attire is required. Traditional collar or mock collared golf shirts, slacks, or shorts.
