Originally designed by acclaimed architect Karl Litten and opened in 1993, Broadmoor Links has long been a beloved part of the 828 golf community.
In 2024, Hurricane Helene brought unprecedented devastation to the property, flooding fairways, greens, and infrastructure. What could have been the end of Broadmoor instead became the beginning of a new chapter. The course was redesigned and reimagined by Zeke C. Cooper, Lee Marshall, and Justin Carlton, who honored the original Litten vision while elevating Broadmoor into a modern, resilient, and vibrant golf experience. Reconstruction was made possible through the hard work and dedication of the Broadmoor Staff, DreamCatcher Hotels, TreeWorks and Todd Godwin Construction, whose craftsmanship helped bring the course back to life.
Broadmoor has been rebuilt with heart, designed for fun, and crafted for generations of golfers and families to enjoy. Welcome to the new Broadmoor Links, where every round honors the past and celebrates the future.
